What the site is for
The site presents the TOA Istanbul event: its programme, speakers, partners, satellite events and community. It is an information and application channel, not a sales contract in itself.

Programme changes
Speaker names, session titles, timings, formats and venues published on the site are planned in good faith and may change. Names shown as past speakers relate to previous editions and are not an announcement of the Istanbul 2027 line-up. We are not liable for changes to the programme beyond any right you may have under the ticket terms.

Tickets and participation
Ticket sales, cancellation and refund conditions and the rules of conduct at the venue are governed by the separate ticket terms presented at the point of purchase. Where those terms conflict with these, the ticket terms prevail for matters of ticketing.

Applications and submissions
Partnership, community, speaker and satellite host applications made through the site are requests, not agreements. We are free to accept or decline any application, and a relationship only begins with a written agreement signed by both sides.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and confirm that you are entitled to share it.

Intellectual property
The TOA and Tech Open Air names and logos, the site design, text, graphics, photographs and videos are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to us or to our licensors — including the brands and photographers whose material appears here.
You may read, print and share links to the site for your own information. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use the content commercially without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Interfere with the site’s operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
- Collect data from the site by automated means without our permission.
- Submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or another person’s data without their consent.
- Use our brand in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

The site links to partner, satellite and past-project pages we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices; their own terms apply when you visit them.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
